场景
目前业务场景中有用MySQL存储车辆轨迹数据以及温度计温湿度数据,数据增长非常快,每个月有大概200万到300万的增长速度,并且随着下一步接入企业的进一步增加,温度计数据与车辆轨迹数据还会持续增加(业务需求,每辆车都必须要安装GPS),之前做过数据分库分表,数据库MySQL分库分表导致运维查询会很麻烦,并且不利于数据的统计分析。 目前的业务需求是希望数据稳定的持续的存储以及能够实现实时查询功能,并能够为将来数据的统计分析做好准备,同时数据包含GIS信息,后期可能会需要按照GIS查询。
实现思路
数据冷热分离
目前用户查询需要的数据一般都是最近三个月以内的,历史数据查询非常少,可以据此将数据分离,最近三个月的数据放到MySQL中处理(目前数据每月增量为500万、800万),设计好分表存储即可,三个月以上的数据则存储到MongoDB中,考虑到数据查询三个月临界点查询问题,这里将两个月以上的数据存储到MongoDB中(第三个月的数据MySQL与MongoDB中均有一份)
前期将车辆轨迹(含温湿度)数据、仓库温湿度数据、温度计温湿度数据按月批量从MySQL转储到MongoDB中,用户查询时按照时间进行判断路由到MySQL或MongoDB中,从而实现基于MongoDB的数据统计分析与实时查询。
数据实时查询
由于预估随着接入企业的增多,数据规模会持续增大,MySQL三个月数据的存储依然压力较大,故后期需要实现MongoDB的实时查询与实时存储。

MongoDB的安装
这里测试用的是Mac下基于Docker的MongoDB single instance
安装步骤与安装RabbitMQ类似,可参考 DockerStore下的https://store.docker.com/images/mongo
运行MongoDB: docker run –name pscq-mongo -p 27017:27017 -p 28017:28017 -d mongo
如果已经下载并运行过,则运行命令: docker run -p 27017:27017 -p 28017:28017 -d mongo 即可。

其他的测试信息我没有再贴出来,主要是实现了基于时间、ID的组合查询,数据量在1亿左右时,其组合条件查询(有索引)耗时基本在200毫秒以内。
基于GIS地理空间的查询可直接采用Spring-Data 的MongoDB的接口(MongoTemplate),本文档未再给出具体示例代码(可参考注释掉的部分代码)。
对于MongoDB的从MySQL数据转移到MongoDB拟采用Spring-batch批操作+quartz实现,目前受限于公司服务器资源,暂未实现其生产环境使用,
